About our Facilities

Are there any ATM’s on Lembongan?

Yes, there are many ATM’s on Lembongan. One ATM is located at our Beach Club.

Are you providing breakfast?

We offer cake, coffee and tea the moment you get on board.

Are there any showers on Lembongan?

Yes, there are.

Are towels provided for the customers?

On Aristocat and Sail Sensations we offer free towels. On the Beach Club and Reef Cruise, you can rent towels from our stuff.

Are water and drinks for free?

We offer free water, tea and coffee all day, as well as one glass of welcome drink. Other soft drinks and beer needs to be payed for.

Are there any lockers on Lembongan?

Yes, there are lockers available for our guests.

Can I deposit luggage? Is it free?

Yes, there are lockers available for our guests free of charge.

What is the difference between diving and snorkeling?

Snorkeling is floating on the water, while diving is underwater.

Do you provide motion sickness medicine?

Yes, we offer motion sickness medicine at the jetty as well as on the boats.

Are there changing room available on Lembongan?

Yes, There are.

About our Activities

Where can I book the parasailing?

You can book parasailing directly on the Beach Club or Bali Hai pontoon

I can’t swim. Can I join the diving?

Yes, you can. Diving does not require you to know how to swim.

Are you providing free transfer?

Yes, pick you up and bring you back to the hotel without extra charge.

Can I wear glasses when joining the banana boat?

No, you can’t. You can not carry anything. You will be required to wear the mandatory life jacket provided for you.

Which activities are included?

All activities, except parasailing, scuba diving, aquanauts and massage, are included.

The photos need extra fee? How much is it?

Yes, payment is Rp.100’000 per piece
