Nusa Lembongan Island
Just off the southern coast of East Bali lies the alluring island of Nusa Lembongan, encircled by a mixture of white-sand beaches, mangroves and cliffs. Lembongan is a delightful place where water sport seeking adventurers can indulge in a variety of activities or just get away from the relative chaos of southern Bali with its ever present hawkers.
Nusa Lembongan allows you to simply relax and enjoy or be active with snorkeling, diving, surfing or parasailing just to name a few. A tour to the village introduces you to very traditional and unchanged village life. The waters surrounding the island are crystal clear, turquoise blue and teeming with marine life. The island is small, 4km long and less than 3 km at its widest part. The island is sheltered by an offshore coral reef that provides perfect conditions for water sports and seaweed farming.
